I recommend it! We had a great time there! Cozy, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room). The condominium pool is very good and is two blocks from the beach (we went and returned on foot without problems). Very good condominium orai service! Amanda was very helpful with instructions and service. Check-out was flexible (which allowed us to escape the traffic on the way back!). I recommend it! And we'll definitely be back.

Gustavo is a very polite, helpful host. Beautiful apartment as in the photos, new, good paint, beautiful furniture, everything clean, bathroom with warm water, super tidy and beautiful. 2 stars, but the window is dangerous for those with children, and the mattress of the box bed is very old, super sunken, we slept very badly on it, I woke up with back pain. Very nice apartment, great location, easy to get Uber, receive delivery. The concierge staff is very confusing, even though I sent the photo for faster check-in, it took a while, and every time I left, I needed to keep identifying myself. The location has no parking space. I had to find a parking spot and pay a separate fee.

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

Commodation is very pleasant, ground floor, which made it much easier for my wife and my almost 2-year-old baby to move around. In addition to spacious and airy, the place was extremely clean, comfortable and all comforts had air conditioning, we felt at home! Cris, host of the house, is super darling, responds very quickly, is attentive, has given us several tips for us to be able to enjoy the house and the surroundings better! I made a trip with my 4 aunts of 50,60,70,80 years old they were delighted with the house and place all very clean and organized well airy beaches around wonderful... not tenhos doque complaining about Amilton is a great host always catered and responded ... i look forward to returning now with my family who miss that place.... nota 1000.

I loved the stay at Dany's place, always kind and quickly answer my questions! The super clean site well located, close to the beach and markets!. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed.
