Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. A refurbished, 1930s cottage with open plan kitchen & lounge, galleried style bedroom with king bed & en-suite shower. Off road parking & private rear patio. The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.

This lovely newly decorated 3 bedroom house is perfect for families and is only a 10 min walk to rhos on sea beach and village. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Also a private front drive for two cars. The house comes with everything needed (including a cotbed/highchair/baby gate if needed) towels/linen also provided All best, Tracey & Jonathan ☺️

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest.
