I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights at Matteo's, It was his dad Bruno who welcomed us. Very friendly, they recommended several restaurants including that of his sister and niece which is located in Rocchetta, you can go there without so much as a second thought, you are very well hosted and you eat very well! The accommodation is very beautiful and its terrace is very nice. We had a great time, Thank you!!

We needed to enjoy a quiet moment, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the reviews all unanimous… well… it's even better than we could have hoped for. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, rare cleanliness…the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives… breakfasts… meals…massages… but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric… whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. We loved this apartment. The view from the balcony is wonderful - we spent hours watching all the activities and wildlife on and around the lake. The apartment was just as listed, spotless, comfortable, with everything you could need... such a great place to stay - wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent accommodation, the terrace with breathtaking mountain views invites you to relax. Very good location for hiking. Arnaud is responsive and friendly. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Andreas is really a super host: very friendly and accommodating, we were even allowed to use his garage space. Communication was extremely straightforward and everything was well described. The location of the historic house is unique: unique views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains as well as the wonderful garden and the super equipped loggia in front of the apartment invite you to linger. The village shop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is equipped with the most important for everyday needs. The apartment is very tasteful but also practically furnished. Everything is there (even coffee!), the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom is unique. It was still a little cold during our stay, but we were able to heat the rooms well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Cà la Rocca and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

This is a wonderful spacious apartment. It’s got great views over the lake and the old town. Close to all the towns action, but quiet, due to the solid building and double glazing. Great shopping, bike rental and restaurant tips,too.

The Host was precise, punctual and very kind. The house is beautiful, clean, super-equipped, wonderful and well-kept garden. The indoor and covered car parking is also very appreciated. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

Nice little house, perfectly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Florence was attentive and responsive, while remaining a discreet neighbor for her tenants. We had a very pleasant 3-4 days and will gladly come back.

We spent 10 exceptional days in this absolutely beautiful setting! There are so many beautiful things to discover in the Verdon Gorge and Perrine and Dino's pretty studio on Lake Esparron is a perfect and pleasant starting point. Perrine and Dino were very welcoming and gave us lots of very useful tips for visiting the area.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Martine’s place. Martine and her husband were both really welcoming. The house has everything you need and is situated in a beautiful location. We loved our evening drink on the terrace overlooking the valley. Fabulous!
