Earth house vacation rentals in Rhône

Our stay with Fulvio and Ornella in their beautiful house in Moano was simply unforgettable! The lovingly furnished family home exudes a very special charm. Each room is equipped with a lot of heart and numerous family-related items that give the house a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, which is perfect for sociable evenings outdoors. The well-kept garden with the small pool offers a wonderful oasis of calm. With three cozy bedrooms, we had plenty of space, and the parking right in front of the house in the small village was very convenient. In just 30 minutes you can reach the coast and the harbor of Imperia – perfect for day trips to the sea or the surrounding area. Really a very special place to feel good!

Very comfortable cottage, very well equipped, very clean in a peaceful environment, among the vineyards (the entire land is organic so no fear of harmful products!), with magnificent views of the hills and the castle. Hikes from the cottage, many villages to discover.... Florence is a very welcoming host who gives good tips for visits and hikes. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Audrey is an extremely welcoming and friendly host. She is committed to sharing the history of her home which is both touching and interesting. She is full of care and does everything to make her home live and pay homage to her mom's memory. Thank you for everything Audrey and congratulations on the way you respect your mom's wishes, I'm sure she would be very happy to see how her house continues to live thanks to you.

Amazing place. The view is superb is peaceful. The place is original and very cute. You must indeed be aware that it is an eco place but that is what gave it its charm in our opinion. Only downside the dry toilet in the accommodation, not great for smells, if you are sensitive to it

Everything is great! You just have to take into account that the accommodation is located in a Berdorf. That's why the access from the parking lot to the apartment is very steep! You have to be good on foot to be able to walk the last piece to the apartment because of the really steep path! But otherwise recommended!!! We felt very comfortable!!! Thank you very much! Perfect stay in the cabin overlooking the lake, everything as I expected. Andrea was very nice and helpful and gave me great tips on walks to take nearby.

Great stay in the nature and enchanting setting of the oasis and valley. I stayed 10 days in the cozy room, where I felt like I was in a cocoon, clean with everything I needed to feel good, even a small space heater. My goal was to recharge and find myself, which was not difficult, the more it is very easy to have your private space. Even though the place is very rustic and rural, which allows for a nature immersion in the same, Mathilde has taken care of the little details that make the difference in the guinguette or bathroom. Not to mention the view... Wild trails direct from the property. The surrounding villages are very charming and nice, small restaurants, organic shops and bakery, etc. The mountains of the valley very soft and a joy to look at. I'll come back and I bet you too 😉

We spent a month at Sebastien's place and it is a beautiful house in a very peaceful area, spotlessly clean and with everything that you need, including very responsive hosts in Sebastien and Nathalie. We had some great days out as it is between Lyon and Grenoble, the village itself is very nice and has a supermarket, some cafes, a bakery and other amenities. It is very spacious, more than enough space for a family and the kids loved the garden and the space inside to play. Very recommended!

It was a joy to stay with Philippe and Lien at their gorgeous property! A perfect location for a couple or besties getaway in Provence, we were delighted at every turn by their attention to detail. They displayed excellent communication and service before we even arrived as they made reservations for a fabulous lunch and arranged for a massage therapist to visit the property for our desired treatment. We enjoyed their pool and hot tub every evening to relax (get ready for some amazing views!) and we were kindly left a lovely breakfast each morning to wake up to. As design experts and architects, Philippe and Lien created a gorgeous space here, the room has everything you need plus, gasp, who doesn't want to stay somewhere surrounded by the limestone of Provence?! We came as strangers and left as friends. Merci Philippe and Lien for the incredible experience!

Charles's house is beautiful and very well maintained. Very responsive host who was quick to sort anything out and the check in was very flexible which was very much appreciated after a very long drive. The pool is great and was perfect for what we wanted and its actually bigger than it looks in the photos! It was very hot while we were there so the aircon was appreciated. Fontvielle is well placed for exploring Arles, Avignon, St Remy although it is a very quiet village itself.

This place was amazing, the views were some of the best I have ever seen. The Place was super tidy, really spacey and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! I can't stress enough how beautiful the views were, we were stunned, will certainly be returning!

A very beautiful cottage, with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay, quiet, enjoying a splendid view of the vercors mountains. Very well equipped (kitchen, garden furniture, books, games,etc...). We had a great time with friends, with kids who enjoyed it too. Emmanuel and Gaëlle provided us with all the information we needed and were very flexible on our schedules.

The apartment is amazing, it's a timeless trip, the common area is a very soothing haven of peace and tranquility, we will go back to test the other 4 accommodations! This is definitely a place to discover and get away. Thanks to Xavier for his kindness, his pleasure to receive, and his talent as a singular architect! See you soon

This was a magical place located in a tiny French village. Thoughtfully curated and designed, it was very fun for a night! Although the bathtub wasn’t useable as the water was too cold, I would check ahead of time if that’s important to you. Xavier was gracious enough to make amends. Would 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room is spacious, there is a lovely pool, and the host is so nice. Location is perfect for visiting villages in the region and doing hikes in the nearby regional park as well. The dry toilet was a new experience, and cleaning it at the end might be a challenge for some guests, but it was really interesting to test out a different system like that while in the eco-gite.

The place is really spotless and new. John is a very attentive host, available and even offers to have a coffee in the morning. It feels like home. Towels are provided. Anyway, that's fine. I recommend it and we will come back.

Davide's house is in a quiet village and away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Aosta or Courmayeur, but close enough to visit them. It has good restaurants and entertainment at night. The house is very comfortable and has everything, especially beautiful views of Mont Blanc. Davide's recommendations were very helpful. Thank you very much for everything!
