The stay at this lovely house was fantastic! Best of both worlds: lots of birds and trees. And a lovely seaview with the moon setting in the evenings and the sun rising in the evenings! Also heard a night owl! Everything was as promised. Marietjie's co-host was absolutely fantastic and always available. Although it feels like living in a forest, their security service was immediately available when we let the alarm went off accidentally. They were quick to respond and patient and friendly. We felt very safe and at home. We will definitely return for another holiday if we can!

Our stay at the Airbnb was fantastic! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The villa was absolutely comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of activities in the San lameer estate and close to the beach which made it the perfect getaway for the Easter weekend. Great communication by Diane and Monty with everything explained well in advance. My family had a great time! Thank you!

Excellent stay, spacious, good quality utensils and pots in the kitchen which were a pleasure to use - it was a nice surprise. Lovely setting, patio private but you can interact easily with other families around the nearby dams. Lots of fun. Host very helpful. Would highly recommend this villa.

This is such a great find. So comfortable and the location is unbeatable. You can chill on the balcony or walk to the beach and tidal pool. Will most definitely be back. Just for longer next time

Stunning home, immaculately clean. There is no TV, but great WiFi, so bring a laptop! The home has all the essentials, and a lot of little surprise extras that came in handy! Very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Thank you for making our wonderful holiday possible. The weather played along well, we visited the beach every day and the fishing was good. Your house immediately became our home, where great memories were made. The whole family: ourselves, son, daughter, their companions, grandma and our furry friend were all comfortably accommodated. The reserve water supply was a life-saver and the safe and secure environment made our stay relaxed and so much more enjoyable. This is a gem of a place. We would love to do this again as soon as possible.

Remote, peaceful & spectacular views. Worth the walk up the hill! Vuhile, our host, was brilliant. He went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Best experience we have had in the TRANSKEI so far. If you are looking for something special & different a visit to Basecamp Zebra is a must. House had everything one needed. Beds were comfortable & clean, enough towels & space is very well utilized. Great that there are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets - helps when you are a crowd! The view from the verandah is just breathtaking -no photo can justify the real life experience. Thank you for allowing us to visit this hidden gem on the Wild Coast.
