The villa consists of two floors 50sqm each with a private courtyard of 150sqm with garden and pool. Ground floor: One bedroom with two single beds A living room with a fire place An open fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer Upper level: One bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony One bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with shower Courtyard with garden, pool, dining table, BBQ and pizza oven Our guests have access to the entire property. I always be available for my guests. The home is set in the historic old town of Rhodes, next to the medieval city wall. Its location feels serene and secluded, but it’s just a stone’s throw away from a variety of traditional restaurants, charming bistros, shops, and landmarks. The villa is located 25 min by car from the airport and a walking distance (15 min) from the harbor and City Center. In a very close proximity to taxi station and bus station. You don’t need to use a car. The villa is located in the medieval (old) town and car access is not allowed. Although it is only 2-3 min walk from the free parking area, it is not necessary to have a car. You can walk or use the local transportation and taxi. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further information. The villa is fully equipped and you have to worry about nothing. There are supermarkets in a very close proximity. The restaurants serve food till really late at night. Enjoy your stay!

We had a great time staying at Claudia’s place! It has everything we needed for a short term stay, and was conveniently located close to the old town/ beach/ grocery stores/ cafes. Claudia was an excellent host, she was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

We give leave for our 2 year old baby. The host used yoghurt and snacks for the baby, which is a very nice move. He was in constant communication with us. The house was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We would like to repeat.

We loved staying at Claudia’s place - not only was she available as a friendly and knowledgeable person in an unfamiliar town but the house is right inside the old town walls but still very quiet. Most surprising for us is that we could stay in this piece of history - some of the house is hundreds of years old but also with all modern conveniences of aircon and dishwasher - and we had a whole two storey house plus courtyard to ourselves! We were only 2 but could have been 5 and still feel spacious. There is everything you could need — and more.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in dieser großzügigen,geschmackvoll und allumfänglich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterasse gefallen, auf der wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

House had everything we needed: privacy, but shops and restaurants in walking distance. In case of any trouble, Christos was nearby and available almost online for help. We enjoyed our stay a lot, already considering return next year.

Dimitra House

The house is nicely remodeled and renovated. It is greatly located close to city center but also next to the main roads leading to great places to visit outside of the city. The house has all the services required for a holiday home making it a great choice for all. Has a dedicated car parking in front of it and the quality of the materials used for the house is magnificent. All furnitures used are of good quality and it also has a bottle of wine as a welcome amenity. Beautiful kitchen with all equipment needed as well as dishwasher, good size fridge and a beautiful ceramic stove with oven. Everything was amazing and the communication and follow up messages with our host Me Vassilis was amazing as well. We are extremely happy and will recommend the house to anyone looking for amazing time with peace of mind for a holiday home. We will definitely come back. Thank you

The most amazing Air BnB. Our room was absolutely stunning, so clean and tidy and so comfortable. The hosts snd staff were all so friendly and helpful. Made to feel very welcome and safe. Would recommend to anyone!! 10 mins walk from old town, 20 min walk to beaches and amazing sunsets. The best place we have ever stayed!

Kesinle tekrar Rodos’a gelirsem kalacağım yer burasıdır :)

My partner and I spent 4 lovely nights at Liana’s place, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you’re staying in Rhodes. The building was beautiful, full of character, and the room itself was perfect for a couple. Well-equipped, clean, quiet, and cozy. Our hosts Sebastian and Irene were so friendly and accommodating, communicative and going the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Location was good, very close to Rhodes town and easily walkable with access to local restaurants, cafes, and mini markets. Would definitely stay again, thank you😊
