The property served as a stable for galloping racehorses for 20 years. It has now been converted into 2 beautiful separate vacation rooms (Stallzeit 1 and Stallzeit 2) with a terrace and views of the countryside. The two apartments are located in Rheinau in the district of Memprechtshofen. There is a swimming lake right nearby. A small, cozy lake with a sunbathing lawn and beach, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The rural, flat landscape is ideal for walks, cycling and quiet hours in nature.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.
