The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The space makes a pretty unusual impression from the outside in need of renovation. This changes after the unlocking. It is a huge 2-story loft with tons of space. The rustic, industrial decor exactly matched my taste. The bed linen/towels are fresh and the beds are already made. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen appliances could all be replaced. We will definitely be back!

I'm very happy we choose that place. First, Sasha is very professional. He reply always very quickly. We arrived at nigh so, he sent us a video explaining how to access the key, and which door was the flat. The place is very easy to find. The apartment was impeccable clean and organized. We had all we need in the flat. Including a very fancy shower, kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There are a big window that gives a lot of clarity during the day time. Is very quiet during day and night and have a bus stop also very close. Is 5 minutes on foot from the train station, and also 5 minutes from a big shopping mall, with everything you need from restaurants, supermarket, clothing... If you go to Wiesbaden, I recommend renting this flat.
