It was a real joy staying in Ludvik's guest house. It was quite spacious for its size and all amenities were provided in abundance. It felt right at home and is an ideal place to stay before flying out of Iceland. It has our highest recommendation!

The place is very convenient and comfortable. It’s close to the airport, which makes traveling super easy. The house is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near the airport!

Thorir was very welcoming, friendly and responds fast! Offered us coffee and tea upon arrival. Had flexible check in as well. Will definitely be booking with him again when we come back :)

Place was nice, better than in pictures in my opinion. We even saw the northern lights! Perfect place to stay near the airport.

Such an absolutely BEAUTIFUL apartment in such a prime location. Close to restaurants and airport. Huge kitchen, we made a nice meal on our last night and relaxed before our flight out. Lots of space to sleep.

Pour notre première nuit en Islande, nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement d'Helena. Il est agréablement spacieux et très très propre. Vraiment proche de l'aéroport, c'est un plaisir de s'y poser après une journée à voyager. Keflavik est une mignonne petite ville pour se balader. De la chambre, la vue sur la mer est apaisante. Notre petit garçon a vraiment apprécié les jouets à disposition et le petit lit installé pour lui. Merci beaucoup ✨

Oh we absolutely loved this darling little place. Very cozy especially in winter. Felt like our own little cozy cave. Very walkable to groceries, restaurants, so close to airport and Blue Lagoon. Highly recommend for a visit to SW peninsula of Iceland.

I had a great stay here during a recent work trip to Iceland. Check-in was a breeze, and the home itself was beautiful—bright, clean, and incredibly calming with its location right on the water. As others have mentioned, it’s attached to a gym, but I didn’t find it noisy at all. The surrounding area is a bit industrial, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed walking along the water each day. I’ll definitely look to stay here again on my next trip!

Mega przyjemny nocleg. Spory metraż. Każdy miał swój kąt. Blisko sklepy i stacje. Chętnie kiedyś jeszcze wpadniemy.

we had a wonderful stay, not to far by car to stores or the capital. The apartment was beautiful, and the instructions that were left for us was a brilliant idea. It made it really easy for us to best take care of the place when we were here😁

신축 건물인 듯합니다. 숙소가 무척 깔끔합니다. 6명이 지내기에 주방과 욕실이 좀 작은 느낌이 있지만 침실이 아늑했습니다. 호스트와 소통이 원활합니다.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto. Es una casa en un segundo piso con acceso independiente, pudimos llegar y entrar fácil con sus instrucciones. Tiene muchos espacios útiles como lavandería, cocina y refri con comida a utilizar, y televisión, son cosas que otro no tenían. También hay un pequeño supermercado a 1 cuadra muy útil. Pareciera que viven o vivieron ahí porque están todas sus cosas, lo hizo un poco confuso la primera noche, pero ya las demás me sentí cómoda y en casa. Lo recomiendo!

The perfect place to stop over before getting on your flight or even if you're landing in Keflavik. Very close to airport, car rentals and local amenities. Aníta was quick to respond with any questions we had and it was most definitely comfy and cosy... would recommend for any couple who need a nice place to stay!

Arianna a été très réactive et gentille. Studio cosy et pratique avec tout ce dont on a besoin, et un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 à 1 minute à pied et également proche de l’aéroport quand on arrive. Grand lit, rangements, cuisine fonctionnelle et une salle de bain avec une grande douche ! Merci encore

Great place to stay after traveling. Very clean and very close to the airport. It was perfect for us for one night since we arrived late at night. Check in was easy and we found parking in the back. The window does face a street with traffic so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Our family of 5 (3 pre-teens / teenagers) did an IcelandAir stopover for just a couple of days. This BnB was in a great location close to the airport and the city. The home itself was wonderful and easily accommodated us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Elisa provided amazing recommendations for things to do and local places to eat. I wish we had more time to spend in this wonderful country. When we come back, we hope Elisa and her family will host us again!

Étape très pratique juste à côté de l’aéroport de Keflavík. L’appartement est très confortable et super bien équipé, Jolanta est très accueillante et nous avait préparé le jacuzzi !

Lovely place if you are looking for some peace and quiet. It’s also a good location to see the Northern Lights - they were right above us!

We had an amazing time at Geir’s family home! This was an incredible place to spend the new year and we would absolutely return! The location is perfect. We were able to walk outside the city lights a short distance to get an amazing view of the northern lights. A designated lookout is also a short car ride away. Plus, downtown Reykjavík is a short car or bus ride away! It could also be a good walk for those who like to hike.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, nuovo e provvisto di tutto ciò che serve, con una bella vetrata sull’oceano. La vasca interna di acqua geotermale è davvero bellissima. Per noi era un una buona posizione per la prima notte dopo essere atterrati per il nostro lungo viaggio. Silenzioso, letti comodi, di facile accesso e ottima e tempestiva la comunicazione con August.

Dom Mattiego to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Reykjanesu (od geotermalnych okolic Gunnuhver, przez park krajobrazowy z jeziorem Kleifarvatn, Reykjavik, aż po gejzery czy wodospad Gullfoss). Blisko z lotniska (20 minut autem). Sam dom w spokojnej okolicy, bardzo duża przestrzeń, w tym 4 sypialnie, duża kuchnia i łazienka czyniły to, że jako 4-osobowa rodzina czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Łatwy dostęp do kluczy mimo późnego przyjazdu, możliwość zostania nieco dłużej w dniu wyjazdu oraz szybkie odpowiedzi gospodarza - to także czynniki decydujące o naszej bardzo wysokiej ocenie. Jeśli miałbym polecić bazę noclegową w tej części Islandii, to Vogar i dom Mattiego polecam z czystym sumieniem. A przy okazji - powroty o ciemku (zima 2025) do domu Mattiego z naszych codziennych wypraw i zorze polarne widziane nie tylko w ciemnych miejscach w okolicach miasta Vogar, ale także spod domu - niezapomniane chwile dla nas wszystkich!

Had a quick 2 night stay and this was a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, restaurants and grocery. House had thoughtful items that made the trip easier (lots of charging converters, gaming for the kids, etc). Great stay.

I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it. So comfortable and you can tell there is love and thought into everything. Amazing
