Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. We have 2 dogs and welcome well-behaved pets. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!

The Lumber Yard Cottage is a cozy hidden retreat tucked away from the road. Within walking distance of all Mineral Point has to offer. Great restaurants on all sides of this property and wonderful shops are just up the road. The Cheese Trail and railroad museum are across the street.
