The apartment is very nice, with very good taste in the decoration, everything very neat and thought out for the comfort of the customer. It is not recommended for those who want to cook because it has very few pots, the air in the main room hardly cools even at the lowest temperature. The complex is very average, there is nothing extra to do inside, it is very unoccupied and seems almost abandoned. The entrance to the tower is dirty and unlit, the apartment is on the 5th floor, and if you have several suitcases and groceries it's a tough climb, and the apartment is being repaired, the other apartments are very dirty. Things happened that are beyond the owner's control, such as the fact that we were almost a day without electricity and the Internet was down almost all the time. Keep in mind that Villavicencio is very close but you have to pay tolls. It's a very good place to stay and I'd go back, but I hope they take better care of the common areas. The host is one of the best I've met on Airbnb, always concerned and in constant communication

This accommodation is fantastic, the rooms are superb, the garden and pool are very nice. Some equipment or modifications may be missing (e.g. a dishwasher or placing a refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen). Neighbors should also be prevented from making excessive noise during parties at night. In summary, I will return for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent service, good location, the perfect accommodation, Silvia's attention was excellent, if you don't want to cook, at the exit of the complex on weekends they sell delicious suckling pig, tamales, red wine, orange juice, in front of the complex the parking lot costs $6,000 per night. 10 out of 10

Positive things. - The place and the complex are very nice. - The two pools are nice, one for children and another for adults, and there are always lifeguards. - The apartment is just like the photos, perfect for a family. - Mrs. Carmen is very attentive and responsive - Very quick and safe access to the apartment. - The view is beautiful. - All bedrooms have a balcony. Suggestions: - The first day I got lost, the apartment complexes are for example: Maria I, II, III condominiums and there are many, I got lost and Mrs. Carmen had no signal and I didn't know which one it was, as a suggestion specify which apartment complex it is for a quicker arrival. - The main room has air conditioning, and there is only one fan that you have to divide between the living room, kitchen and two auxiliary rooms. As a suggestion, if possible, another fan, so at night each room has its own fan and during the day you can take it to the living room. - Gray towels. I recommend this place to stay :)

Diana was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. The only thing was that the day we left, the complex had no water since the night before. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect

The house is very spacious, it has mosquito nets on the windows that help a lot with the issue of insects inside the rooms, having trees nearby makes it very cool, the pool is great, it has lighting, it is very clean and can be used until 11:00 pm, the area where it is located has enough stores to shop at fair prices, and the house has a VERY COMPLETE BBQ area. In short, we would return. Areas for improvement The jacuzzi doesn't work. I understand that they're going to repair it this semester.

Maria andrea and Doña Martha were very friendly since we arrived, the place is very private, super spacious and with different activities that can be done, we charm the bolirana, a plus that other places do not have, around it is obtained from everything then it is not necessary to go out almost, in general to rest and relax super recommended

I really liked the place, it's very close to the city, easy access to the house, super easy check-in instructions, immediate communication with the host, we had a great time on our break, a very quiet place to spend with the family, good ventilation despite the weather, the atmosphere was very cool, everything was very clean when we arrived, we enjoyed the pool which has a good location since it gives you shade and sun which allows you to relax, thank you very much Mrs. Eda for welcoming us to your home, I recommend this place

I had a very positive experience during my stay at this house. The place was spotlessly clean and well kept, which made me feel very comfortable. The lady in charge of the service was kind and attentive, always ready to help. However, there are a couple of details to consider - the water pressure in the showers could be improved as it was sometimes a little low. Although it was not a serious inconvenience, it would be a positive aspect to review. Also, it is important to mention that the house is located somewhat removed from the main avenue. This is not necessarily a negative point as it provides a quieter environment away from the hustle and bustle, but it is something that should be taken into account if you are looking to be closer to the busiest area or quick access to other key points. In short, the house is a great place to stay, with a flexible host. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent place, very comfortable to relax with family and/or friends The access roads are in good condition, keep in mind that the data signal is not very good so it is better to go with the route already established in waze/ maps. Additionally, see if pets are allowed or not. For everything else, very good place, good host. We would come back!
