Nice apartment in an A location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

Rania's flat is very tastefully decorated. It was spacious, clean and had the most comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. The shower was great and loads of hot water. You can catch the 35 or 34 bus into Tetouan or M'diq from near the Marjane supermarket for 5-10 mad. I highly recommend this great place to stay. But always travel with earplugs for barking dogs in Morocco.

Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of her guests, with lots of little touches. We didn't need anything. The stunning view of the Mediterranean is a real asset, not to mention the walking distance. The house, its amenities, location and the quiet on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae's, forget about the mosquito and humidity worries you may face in beach houses. She thought of everything! In short, we will come back without hesitation! Thanks Asmae Amine & Inès

I would like to thanks marwa about her greeting’s since day one and she will make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. Her apartment simply a pearl in the sea, i can say that is super clean and decorated even more than a five stars hotel rooms or suites. As im a frequent traveller around the world i could say that is the best place i have stayed. Thank you marwa for your great hospitality and scuba diving recommendation. We are very satisfied with our trip. We know Martil very well and this place is the best place right on the beach. The terrace really has an exceptional view. It is really a very pleasant place to spend a good time with family. This February we were provided with a heater, we didn't even need to use it. Reda who takes care of everything if necessary is very welcoming and reachable. We recommend it. 👌

The apartment matches the description It is very well located ( not far from the city and the beach on foot )👍🏼. It is made available in a state of impeccable cleanliness!!! However, a few things were missing like a fan, some dishes, dish towels, and towels. We had a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant holiday at this villa that offers all the services and meets all the needs that a large family can have. Even before we arrived, Azmi answered all my questions about the services of the villa, its location and informed me about the city of M 'diq. He is very responsive, attentive to his guests and really cares about their comfort. As for the villa, it exactly matches the photos. very neat apartment close to the beach. we had a nice stay and would love to come back again. the communication with the host was good and always accessible if there was anything. the apartment was a 2-minute walk from the beach and various restaurants and cafes. It was nice and quiet and the complex is secured. the apartment was clean and equipped with what you need. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was impeccable, everything clean and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. Ahmed was attentive all the time, he attended to all our requests and always with a good predisposition. The apartment is very cool, always runs breeze and has a good location in front of the pool. It felt like you were debuting the apartment, everything was new. The only thing that could improve is the wifi connection, which was very slow, and that there are no rest times in the pool area. Thank you so much for everything Ahmed! We'll definitely do it again. Super recommended. It's not easy to find places like this and with hosts like that.

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

We had a great time at this apartment located in a villa. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and perfectly maintained. The setting is ideal for resting, in a very quiet and soothing environment. In addition, the host was extremely responsive and always available to answer our needs or questions. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!
