Gustavo was super attentive, when I said I would spend the weekend with my girlfriend, he even left the table arranged with rose petals, he responded extremely quickly, all the rooms were very clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable (it felt like I was at home) and the view was wonderful. Anyway, I recommend it with my eyes closed, we had a great experience!!

The location was also very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. Plus, the beautiful view from the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. Very dear and attentive hostess, communication with her was very easy, she always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding check-in, we literally had no problems. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still manages to be a quiet place to get to and walk around.

The house met all my needs, as it was exactly as advertised. Full kitchen, furnishings in good condition, comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Besides, I had to wash clothes and had all the accessories. The view from the second floor is very beautiful, facing the mountains of the region. The neighborhood is quiet and has nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Host Joralice responded with extreme agility and attention to questions, demonstrating proactivity. Perfect!

My wife and I had a great stay at the place. The building is very well located, with great parking spaces and easy access. Both check-in and check-out were very quiet. The apartment itself has a magnificent view, and is very comfortable, cozy and well-equipped.

Great apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops! Enough space for our family of 4 during a 7-night stay. Ana was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and the building amenities were beautiful with reserved parking spaces in the garage below, which made us feel very safe at all hours. We would definitely stay there again!
