We are INSIDE A residential condominium with 9 MORE HOUSES!!!! There are 4,000 meters of land. If you want peace, tranquility, to escape the hustle and bustle, and breathe fresh air, come and visit our house. Our gourmet/barbecue area is delicious.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, surrounded by nature in a quiet and beautiful region of Morretes. In the Swiss style, the beautiful cabin is immersed in the woods, has air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen, good books and a Lego box. Bicycles can be rented. On the property, there is also space for a fire pit, a dining kiosk, a self-service laundry area and a short trail. Nearby is the Iporanga River, with a natural swimming pool.

We have thermal sheets (in two rooms) with 10 temperatures to guarantee a warm bed Dead end street, very safe, only with farms.

Mixed house, wood and masonry, natural water pool directly from the Serra... gourmet area with barbecue... wood stove... With a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Simple but cozy house, clean, fans in all rooms, very quiet place, easy access on the edge of the asphalt. Now we also have a cozy corner for the cold winter days to warm up a fire and eat a pine cone on the plate and roast corn on the grill. We also have a smart TV.
