Completely renovated and furnished, mq. 80 approx. composed of: 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom + patio equipped with dining area and open parking space. The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels included in the price.

Part of a farmhouse: on the ground floor, a living area with kitchen and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets; on the first floor, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, unique sunset view. I live in the other part of Stazzu, so some outdoor areas may be shared. Beach reachable with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
