You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Located between Düsseldorf (45 km) and Cologne (40 km), near Wuppertal and Solingen, ideal to be in many major cities quickly and yet to enjoy the advantages of the Bergisches Land and have a little more peace. There are countless bike paths and hiking trails along the Wupper (Müngsten Bridge).

We had a great long weekend. Even though Christof couldn't receive us in person, the check-in and answering questions worked out great. On site, everything was a little better than we expected, so we could really unwind. Sauna, hot tub, fire outside, game nights (we didn't even take out our own), hikes, bike rides, movie night, barbecues... everything was wonderful and we are thinking about repeating the whole thing more regularly. One of our highlights in the accommodation was the record player as well as the record collection, which really represents an exquisite selection of music.

We were very well received, the owners helped us with everything we needed. Very complete house with everything, it even had a coffee maker and coffee for us, as well as a complimentary sparkling wine. TV available, smelly bed linens We took our dog and everything worked very well for him, too. We will certainly be back. Thanks for the stay

The apartment was clean and tidy with the benefit of a balcony to sit outside. We saw a fantastic thunderstorm whilst we were there! Parking in the street is free, but restricted on other roads, so make sure you read the signs! You need a low emission sticker to park in the area. Apartment is three flights of stairs, so good exercise! We enjoyed our stay and it ticked all the boxes. Thank you.
