Mrs. Elaine is a very nice and accommodating lady. Very responsive and available for anything immediately. The apartment is very nice. Clean, spacious and independent, with a private entrance and located on a very quiet and central street. The best value and price found in Santa Clara.

This is a wonderful place and it's so much nicer than the pictures. There is so much space and the balconies are wonderful. Amazing plants, great refrigerators and air conditioning, and it's close to the ocean. An oasis by the coast. Laundry service and great food! Beautiful antique furniture and modern furniture. Great bathrooms. Will be staying again when we are next in the area.

Great hospitality! Raul and his family were very nice and friendly. Did their best to make us feel comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were great. Excellent location, one block from main square.

Elaine is an endearing, communicative, kind, and friendly woman who helps you with everything you need. She adapted to my arrival by checking me in first thing in the morning. The location is excellent and the apartment is totally comfortable and private. I would definitely stay in his apartment again.

Rafael and his wife are amazing hosts. They take great care of Villa Blanca, the place is super clean, breakfast and coffee was very good. They both took really good care of me and my family. I highly recommend this place, it's an oasisin the middle of Caibarien. Beautiful backyard with pool, bar and hammocks to enjoy the sun. Great place to stay and to experience Cuban culture. I will definitely return again. Two thumbs up

Smooth check-in. Grillo was a lovely host! We had the place to ourselves. 3 bedrooms, private bathrooms attached to every room. Clean place with a private pool. A very tasteful breakfast (5 cuc each person) Great location in Santa Clara :-)

The 5-star rating is more than justified. The value for money is definitely justified. The property is centrally located to downtown. Everything important is easily accessible on foot. For longer distances, you can easily use a motorcycle taxi (negotiate price). Breakfast was available at an extra cost and was very tasty and rich. The host was available at all times and provided us with a lot of interesting information about the city and the general situation on site. On the onward journey from A to B, we were very well supported, a taxi service was organized so that we could travel on without problems. WiFi was available but unfortunately not always optimal. In summary, I can say that it was a great stay and a great host! Thank you very much! 🙏

This house is a beautiful green oasis, very peaceful and quiet. I felt like at my own home. Greatly recomended to whom want to visit santa clara.

I’m from the city, lived for 35 years before moving to Canada. This is by far the best B&B in town, but also in compliance with International quality standards. The house is beautiful and well decorated the ornamental plants and the mango tree add a very tropical touch. The Terraza will give you a view of the City and an space to relax. Breakfast are very good, balanced and with fresh fruits and food However the best you will find during your stay is the service provided by Abel and Betsy - authentic talented and amazing representation of the best of the Cuban nationality. Two respetable professionals that combine their day to day professional life with running this business been always available and readily present when needed. I encourage visitors to talk with them the conversation topics can range from places to eat or visit, cultural events, biology or medicine these two are amazingly good people. Thanks for making 7 days to feel like 1 night we will come back here for sure.!

Williams was super attentive. We felt right at home to be able to get to know the area. The accommodation was what we expected. We recommend it.

The house and garden were beautiful The family is very sweet and warm. I loved the stay very much ;-) The mother of the house is the best cook in Cuba. She conjured up one vegetarian dish after another on the table for me. Everything was super delicious. I didn't even eat out because the food was so good. This is one of the most well-designed and comfortable hostals to be found throughout Cuba. Great value. The hosts are a very kind and welcoming family. The apartment is private and independent, all amenities are modern and supplied with superior quality. Beautiful design and layout, with a full kitchen including oven, dishes, crockery, and an espresso maker. Location is central, within very short walking distance of various bars, restaurants, parks, and historical sites. Apartment includes a private terrace with a superb view of the city. Highly recommended.

Communication with the host was good and easy. Breakfast they helped to prepare was delicious, especially the fresh guava juice :) rooms were clean and spacious. The rooftop area was beautiful! Had a great time staying.

Esther is charming, the house had everything we needed and the breakfast she prepared for us was delicious, especially the coffee! He took care of finding us a taxi from the station to his house, we arrived later and we had no problems. I hope we can repeat!
