Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

The expansive deck with grill & fire table is a great place to sip your morning coffee or gather for dinner & enjoy the unobstructed sights & sounds of the bay. Stay and discover what makes Broadkill Beach so special! Linens are not provided but can be rented from local linen companies.

Hot Tub, Pet friendly, IN TOWN, chic renovation!

Gorgeous, modern, bright and open renovated Rehoboth home with 4 large bedrooms (each with king bed!) and a new HOT TUB, 2 nice bathrooms, fenced yard, parking for 3 cars, FIRE PIT, and grill and on a quiet, tree lined street one block off Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to Dogfish Head! Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for 1st, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (fees for 2 & 3 charged later). Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk too.

Have breakfast in your patio right on Silver Lake and then go to the pool or walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants downtown or drive 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets! For your peace of mind we comply with Airbnb COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. In addition we follow CDC guidelines leaving more than 24 hour between guests.
