Our quiet ocean front studio has all the comforts of home with amazing views, a balcony hovering over a serene stretch of the Boardwalk, and is just steps away from restaurants, shops, arcades, rides and all of the best boardwalk foods! Walkable to everywhere in town! If you want to venture out further, a bike rental shop is just a few doors away! Enjoy a bike ride through town or to Dewey Beach. If you are looking for a scenic ride, enjoy the bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

In-Town Rehoboth Beach, Walk to Everything!

Comfortable In-Town Rehoboth Beach Home. Walk to all that Rehoboth has to offer! Just one block to Rehoboth Avenue and five blocks to the beach. Host a small party on the large screened porch, grill your dinner, or play in the large back yard. This home has driveway parking for two cars. An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. The agreement may be reviewed before booking, by request.

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Beach Daze is perfect as a couple's retreat or a family vacation! We provide PLENTY of TOYS! 2 kayaks, beach toys, float toys, balls, tennis rackets, etc. for fun

Hip mid century reno on a 1955 beach cottage-studio has a fantastic patio in a private landscaped and fenced yard. This boasts a kitchenette w/ kuerig, toaster, and 2 burner electric hot plate for light eating in. We supply pots,pan ,dishes,water and wine glasses, kitchen linens and cleaning supplies. You will be about 1 1/2 miles from the beach in Rehoboth, 7 miles to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park, approx 2 miles from Dewey Beach. The area is a foodie and brewery delight !!:):)

It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
