We stayed with our 2 year old son and dog in Tobias' apartment. Right outside the door there are many ways to go with the dog and in the house there are several dog owners, so a good acceptance. The beds were positive, so we had lots of space. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The current heating is a bit difficult for the very cold winter, but he is working on it. Above all, you can enjoy the peace and walk in to Ludwigswinkel to use the beautiful playground and look at animals. The restaurants were good. In summer you can certainly use the lake well. We had a quiet turn of the year, without a lot of blasts.

Gladly surprised upon arrival, beautiful house in a quiet area. House offers everything needed and it feels like home, cozy and cozy. Property was well heated. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook yourself. Coffee machine fat fine. The view is also great and the walking routes to the center of Saarburg are easy to walk. The host Annika was quick to respond to questions and we didn't need that. Wonderful to explore the area yourself, by car or by train, all good to do. We had a wonderful Christmas. Saarburg is fun and the hiking trails in the area are very varied. Top week.

I stayed here for a longer time to explore Saarland and surroundings and I had a really great time. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a longer stay. There is a large desk and very good wifi, so you can also work there. The large balcony overlooking the Nied is a dream. The location of the apartment is generally perfect to explore the Saarland and its surroundings (France, Luxembourg). There are a lot of beautiful hiking and biking trails there. The perfect location to slow down. Karin is an incredibly nice and attentive host and also likes to give great tips for excursions. I felt very comfortable there the entire time and would love to come back again.

I absolutely loved it here! Very nice spacious apartment with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Quiet but very scenic area with lots to see and do. Julia was a perfect host. Would highly recommend!

We had a relaxing getaway in Saarland. Liliya was very friendly and always available. The accommodation was very cozy and lovingly furnished, we felt very comfortable and found the location pleasantly quiet with a nice balcony and view of the countryside.

Marion's house is is a beautiful quiet location right by the river Nied. The appartment is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Marion was very helpful in accommodating us at short notice, due to a problem at the accommodation we had previously booked. I would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again The peaceful location in walking distance of local restaurants is just what we look for.

Great place to stay in Kaiserslautern with family and friends. The environment invites you to relax and practice running if you have the energy. Highly recommended to all.

Perfect place for a vacation in Saarland: The pretty terraced house is ideally located for excursions to Metz, Luxembourg and Trier. The lovingly designed garden is a dream, and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You sleep heavenly in the comfortable beds. Highly recommended! 🌸✨

The place was lovely and everything you needed was available. We felt comfortable Next time we would only bring slippers/thick socks. We were there in winter and on the lower floor the floor was quite cold, which was no problem otherwise:) Communication with Immo was very quick and friendly.

This place was incredible. The mix of the old and new was just breathtaking, and the location was simply charming. The property has been renovated to a high standard and we loved its old charms. The instructions and self check in were clear and easy to follow. The location was amazing. We will be back to explore this area more. The cupboards were well stocked as well as the cleaning supplies. Everything you could need and more.

This is truly a perfect place to stay. The host's care is exceptional. All facilities are clean and well maintained, and the garden is simply beautiful.
