We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely 3 day break with my teenage son. It was home from home after a busy 4 night stay in the city. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The sauna was lovely to use each night as very private. Cooking was a little limited with just a microwave however the local supermarket offer a great roast chicken offer. Danny kindly allowed us to leave a few hours later than checkout to relax ahead of our late night flight which was very kind and appreciated. It took the stress out of hanging around our last day. The area was quieter than I thought without a car to get around however the local walks were lovely. Thank you so much for the welcome bits and pieces and a very comfortable stay. I’d happily recommend it.

Ann and Dave are both really kind and considerate hosts. The apartment was warm, cosy, clean and had everything you need. The location is great, downtown Toronto is easily accessible via street car or bus and there is a supermarket just down the road. Great value, friendly hosts, good location... would definitely recommend to other guests!

This is the second time we have stayed at Deborah's Sky Haven Equestrian Air B N B and it was pleasant and beautiful. The horse experience by Erica is tailored to what you are comfortable doing which was great for my husband and I. We spent Thanksgiving here during our second time and Deborah ensured we had all the tools needed to cook our turkey. It is the first Air B N B where I didn't need to pre-clean the dishes before using them as they were spotless and well cared for. Deborah and Erica were very down to earth and both of them made you feel right at home in a beautiful country setting. We will definitely be returning for a third visit.

A very lovely place in a great and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the lake and Rotary Park – definitely one of its best features. The space is spacious, especially the living area, and the pull-down bed from the wall is a clever touch. While it limits the space to reach the window/door to the patio, using the small puffs from the glass table as nightstands creates a cozy and functional bedroom. The decoration is tasteful, and all the necessary amenities are provided. The host was respectful and discreet when present, and we hardly noticed any noise from upstairs when they were home. There's also a small, comfortable patio with a swing that adds some charm. All in all a fine place to stay.

Becky is an amazing host and very accommodating. The cottage is very clean and spacious and has all the amenities you need including water activities with kayaks and canoes. Overall felt very cozy and safe.

my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

My husband and I, along with our two adventurous pups, absolutely loved our cozy cottage escape in the Kawarthas! This place had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of privacy, even in a small neighborhood—those tall bushes really made it feel like our own little hideaway. Our dogs were in heaven, running around the beautifully manicured backyard with plenty of space to explore. Inside, the cottage was just as charming, with adorable, cozy bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, whether we were grilling outside or whipping up a delicious meal indoors. The kitchen appliances were spotless and felt brand new. And the view from the living room? Simply stunning! We spent countless hours just soaking in the beautiful lakeside scenery right from the comfort of the couch. Although we didn’t get as much fishing in as we’d hoped, we’re already planning our next trip back! Big thanks to Mel & Stu!

Thank you Paul for a most memorable stay. Sunsets were gorgeous! The view of the stars over a camp fire was stunning. Swimming off the deck was incredible! Yes there are rocks but with the right water shoes, the water was perfect. Definitely recommend water shoes for kids if jumping off the deck. We loved the space and natural light. While there is no AC, we were able to manage a great breeze with the windows, and drawing down the blinds when the sun was at it's peak. Thanks for all the fans situated around the rooms. Buckhorn is a really kind and pretty town. Definitely have to go for ice cream at Mariloos! Thanks Paul for being so responsive! We are already looking forward to a visit next summer!

This airbnb is in a great location. It took about 20-40 minutes to get to different places in downtown. It was comfortable and the space was perfect for relaxing and playing games. Genevieve was very helpful, and we had no problems with check in or check out!

Great place! The screened in porch facing the lake was my favourite spot. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunrise, drink coffee, and take naps. We also loved that the dining table was out there so you could eat your meals in a bug free environment but still feel like you were eating outdoors. The lake is very clean. The neighbours are close, but are very friendly and helpful. Glenn was very helpful and responded to any messages we sent very quickly. We had a wonderfully relaxing week!

We had a great time Gord’s place!The cabin is spacious, cozy, and functional with a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Great location with easy access to the pool and a beautiful view of the lake where you can enjoy stunning sunsets right from the deck. The grounds are meticulously maintained with beautiful flowerbeds and ample lakeshore space, very quiet,creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Gord and his family are exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Gord even offered a flexible check-in time and provided two heaters for a couple of chilly nights. His local recommendations for nearby attractions were also greatly appreciated. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of providing a play kitchen structure with toys made our toddler incredibly happy. We highly recommend Gord’s place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Thank you for a memorable stay—we look forward to returning!

Our family of 6 stayed at this wonderful family home for a week. My in laws are in their 70s and our two boys are ages 5 and 8. This home was the perfect layout for all of us. We all had our own space and the boys really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard “gazebo.” Upon arrival, we immediately felt right at home. This place has a beautiful, peaceful feel to it. Everything was clean and well laid out and the hosts have not missed a thing for their guests. Their guidebook was very thorough and helpful to those new to the area of Toronto/Scarborough. We did not have a car but found it very easy (and quick) to get around via Ubers. We were downtown for a blue jays game (kids Jay sundays are great!!) and a concert. We also spent one afternoon at the hockey hall of fame and the St. Lawrence market. A wonderful oasis to come “home” to at the end of a day in the city. The neighbourhood is so lovely just like this home. Thank you Liz and Derek for an amazing holiday!

We arrived at Gord’s cottage as planned and found a nice and clean home away from home. Communication and requests were answered promptly. Our family enjoyed the time and we can definitely recommend the place and Gord’s cottage.

This place was beautiful and homey! Honestly, the upper floor was much bigger than we expected and very clean. The bathrooms were all renovated and looked beautiful. The space was nice and kitchen was very pristine. The pool area was enjoyable and pond was nice to boat in. Would recommend this place for a nice family cottage trip :)
