The 68 m2 of summer cottage - with tiled ceilings throughout the house - is divided into a lovely bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds). The garden is enclosed with fencing. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace as well as an outdoor fireplace.

The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, densely planted and sunny plot. It has a bike distance to the cozy Liseleje which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's a real Danish holiday hygge at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches, with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day. In the last few years, we've updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-isolated, new thermostat windows, and a whole new garden.

In Nykoping Sj., and within bicycle distance of Rørvig, this cozy summerhouse is located in the middle of the city's pedestrian street and the delicious sandy beach.
