Ideal for a family or two couples who want to experience Copenhagen's pulse in the beautiful light of autumn, and at the same time have a base in airy surroundings with high ceilings.

1st floor in villa in 1st row to Præstø Fjord, quietly located within walking distance to Næbskoven with large garden down to the fjord. The apartment includes: Living room and kitchen, all room with dining area and sofa area. Office with sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed. New bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and from the bedroom there is access to a smaller roof terrace. Carport with room for 2 cars and 3 parking spaces. There are also 2 kayaks that can be used for sailing on the fjord.

Cozy 49 m2 apartment in central Frederiksberg. The apartment has everything you need: toilet with shower, cozy living room with Apple TV and nice sofa, spacious bedroom with double bed 160x200, as well as a practical kitchen. The apartment is located 200 meters from Frederiksbergcenteret where there is a metro. There is also a metro at Aksel Møller's garden, which is even closer (150m). The apartment has perhaps the nicest courtyard environment in Frederiksberg, where there is room to enjoy the sun and grill.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

You will be close to everything you need in this apartment. My lovely home is located right across from the Assistens cemetery, which is perfect for beautiful walks, a visit of e.g. H.C. Andersen - and also used by the locals for picnics and sunbathing. Right down the street you’ll find one of the most hip areas, Stefansgade, with a lot of cute cafés, breweries, bakeries, restaurants and bars. 200 meters from the door you’ll have access to the metro, taking you anywhere in the city.

Sunny apartment with balcony with a lovely view over the harbor. The apartment is in Copenhagen's South Harbor, which is one of the new districts in Copen-hagen. Here you have a district with lots of space and green oases between the houses. The area is rich in cozy cafes, food stores, bakeries, fitness center and a yoga house.
