Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. A very comfortable queen size bed. A leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) and Evolution Fitness ( Pasqua and Lakeview) are both conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. 10/10 recommend this place! Ronald was very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. The house was exactly as described and very clean. It is a 2 min walk from the RCMP depot which is perfect for families visiting graduating family members. It has a very spacious and beautiful back yard. We really loved this space and hope to visit again! Truly no complaints!

Chris and Tanya are amazing hosts. They took care of me like how they would welcome a family member. The unit is exceptionally clean and peaceful with all required facilities for both long and short term stay. Airport is minutes away from the house and the neighborhood has an amazing walking/biking trail around. I fell in love with the neighborhood so much that I wanted to move and live there. Staying in Chris and Tanya’s house is like staying with family. They are very friendly and will make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your whole stay. Transit connectivity to any part of the city is in walkable distance and the roads are wide and calm in this neighborhood. Thanks Chris and Tanya for the great time and will see you soon!

What a beautiful home. The small touches in the house are really precious, beautiful art and super clean and cozy. Nice to relax in the backyard at the end of the day. The location is walking distance to museums, parks, grocery stores and restaurants and ice cream shops. Walkable to playgrounds, and such a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Natasha was super responsive, and even had toys for our child to play with. We are looking forward to our next family trip, and will definitely book with Natasha again! Great experience.

I've been renting on Air bnb for 8 years.. Seriously Billy was the best host I've ever had. not only is laundry free, but the soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. I've been in enough places where this isn't the case. He and the other residents were so amazing and welcoming to my dog, which means everything to me. this place is clean, super comfy bed, and full of amazing nice people. I strongly recommend staying here! Billy was extremely thoughtful, checked in to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything, I've never had a host do that. good place to rent!!!
