Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. A very comfortable queen size bed. A leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) and Evolution Fitness ( Pasqua and Lakeview) are both conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Newly renovated 3 bedroom main floor home

This unique place has a style all its own. Tasteful decor, recently renovated, spaciously laid out, and very accessible to all parts of the city. Queen bed in master suite and a full size in 2nd bedroom and a futon in the third. Double driveway parking for guests up front. Yes, there's even a double 🍻 tap built into the island, that can be accessed for guests, at an extra cost, if desired. note: i use the private basement suite from time to time when I'm in town. NO PARTIES, PLEASE :)

My stay at George’s place was fantastic. I stayed in Regina for 6 weeks and I felt right at home. The place was exactly what I needed. The bed was very comfortable, it had a nice new modern bathroom with a nice shower, a full kitchen, and a large smart TV to access all media/ streaming services ( using your own accounts ). I did have a few small issues with the place but they were minor. Taking out the garbage was a bit of a pain as I had to trek through mud to get to the back alley (my stay was in the spring so might get better in the summer), and a larger table would have been nice to eat/ do work. It did have two small moveable side tables but I found I ran out of places to put things! As for George he was a fantastic host. He was very responsive, helpful, and kind. He even helped me out when I locked myself out the unit very early in the morning with my car keys still inside. Overall it was a great value as well. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

The Cozy Nook Inn was perfect for our group of 4 family units covering 3 generations! The common areas are big enough that we could all be in the same room when we wanted to be, while having a two separate areas meant we could have a loud zone and quiet zone. The introverts among us appreciated having their own bedroom to retreat to away from the noise. We loved that it was new, clean and attractively decorated. The kitchen worked great for feeding our horde. Shayden was quick to respond and it was easy to communicate with him. Strongly recommend. The kids didn't want to leave.

We enjoyed the stay. Jason was helpful when we had some trouble getting in the front door. I wasn’t familiar with the front keypad so the instructions for them could have been clearer. After I figured out how they worked it was no problem. The other problem was that the door was a bit sticky and wouldn’t open which caused me to think it was still locked. We enjoyed our stay there and would certainly rent this place again should the need arise. The bathtub drain was slow but this didn’t cause big problems other than the females with me would have like it to drain faster. Overall a very nice stay.

The place was clean and clutter free. Looked really nice. Easy to get in and out the door. For those with mobility issues it may be difficult with the stairs down but otherwise really nice place to stay. They allow dogs so that was great because it’s hard to find places like that. Would stay here again for sure.
