Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Klamath Overlook House
A quiet and secluded 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house overlooking the ocean. The house has been remodeled. This place is great for whale watching from the living room, birding on the deck and to enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean. Our house is perfect for families or small groups. We can sleep 6 people (plus a full size sofa bed). Kenton is second generation fishing guide so if you are interested in a fishing trip or scenic jet boat tours please let us know!

The home sits at the end of the road with views of lush green pastures that are often filled with horses, cows, elk or hay bales. Maximum occupancy 6 persons. No animals, of any kind, allowed in the house. Hand, dish & laundry soap provided. No shampoo. We are just minutes from Redwood National Park, Prairie Creek State Park & the beach
