Good Vibes Only: Red River Gorge! Large Game Room!

MelanieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our time at Jeffrey’s house for spring break! The location is perfect—close to so many great outdoor spots and hiking trails. The game room and hot tub were the cherry on top, especially since we had some wild weather during our stay, including heavy rain, river flooding, and even some tornado and hail warnings. Having those indoor options made a big difference and kept everyone entertained. We’d love to come back and explore more of the area when the weather is better!

5 min to Nada Tunnel - Views | Hot Tub | Firepit

KristenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the best time! The place was absolutely perfect for our family of six! It was close enough to local restaurants and entertainment for the kids. We drove out two times during our 3 day stay to hike in the Gorge and didn’t have more than a 20 minute drive to the farthest location. The driveway was a bit steep but aver the first day of driving in, we felt comfortable with a way to drive up and park. This maybe could have been just me driving with stress leaving the whole family in a car and not 4-wheel drive in the family mini van. One of the best parts of this cabin was the outdoor space of the fire pit! We spent one evening making s’mores with the family and the next evening cooking our dinner in the fire. We all had the best time and the kids were so upset to be leaving. Mike was an absolute great host and was so helpful for us while there. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and gave us suggestions of places to go. We will be back to stay there for sure!

Ridge Top Cabin Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room

AutumnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful spring break getaway with our kids and friends. The house was very clean and cozy. The board games and arcade game kept the kids entertained for hours. We all really enjoyed the hot tub after a few chilly hikes. The house was a reasonable distance from all our favorites in the area like Nada Tunnel, La Cabana, Miguel's Pizza, Gorge Underground, and of course several hiking locations. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Ray's Dream in Red River Gorge

LindseyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We stayed here for 3 nights during Spring Break. The house is situated on the hill side. The drive up and into the driveway isn't for the faint of heart. Luckily we were able to make a 5 or 6 point turn to get us going the right way to get back down the hillside or I'm not sure how we would have been able to get out. Food & gas are super close by to get easy things and hiking is not too far off of that. Dawn has a great book of all the trails for RRG as well as good places to try and eat. The house was perfect for 2 adults & 3 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub very much and loved being able to see the sun going down or having a fire in the firepit that was close by. The stairs up to the 2nd floor were a bit hard to navigate for my 3 year old since they are a very tight spiral staircase but other than that the house was perfect.

Rocky Flatts Cabin Pets Welcome No cleaning fee

JuliaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This is such a lovely place stay. The land is gorgeous, full of plants and wildlife. We loved bird watching on the back porch and it was so fun to see the cows and turkeys roaming. Inside the home is very cozy, spacious and clean. The island in the kitchen is the perfect place for everyone to gather while eating and chatting. The home is also very well stocked with just about anything you need. There were many maps, pamphlets and books with recommendations of things to do and see. The hosts were so sweet and communicative and left us a welcome card and gift. I would recommend for anyone to stay at the Rocky Flats for a perfect stay at the gorge.

We loved it there absolutely surrounded by nature l, the previous people who had stayed didn’t care for some of the damage they had done but we made sure the host knew and cleaned all of the towels we used and swept and mopped the floors before we left. 2 BR Cabin near RRG, Cave Run Lake, Natural Bridge

GretaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Raymond's place was great for a weekend getaway for us (myself and my fiancee) and our pup. The place itself is so cozy, clean and welcoming. The kitchen had enough utensils and cookware to whip up some delicious meals. The outdoor space was great for firing up some steaks and to relax. Nature surrounds this place and it allows you to disconnect and enjoy what the place and land have to offer. Raymond made some accommodations for us which we appreciated. Communicative host, clear instructions, place was just as described, would definitely recommend!

Cozy Point Hideaway

ChelsiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had planned to stay for 2 days but my schedule cleared up so I asked if we could come up early! And the cabin was available. Adding the extra day was easy. William is very responsive. My Mom and I LOVE the cabin!! It is very private and soooo quiet. It was very clean and felt spacious even though it is basically one big room other than the bathroom. We were supplied with everything we needed. Good hot water, nice shower, comfy bed and couch. We had a fire one evening. Cozy Point Hideaway is perfect for singles or a small family. It’s about 25 mins to Red River Gorge where we went hiking to the Natural Bridge and underground kayaking at Gorge Underground. We tried several of the local restaurants within 30 minute drive. I have no complaints! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable! Will visit again!
