This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and all the NorthShore activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park where there is a dog park and playground and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk. The house has refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below

The cottage has a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a pull out couch in the livingroom. Guests love the open floor plan and full kitchen.

It is fully furnished and just right for remote workers, medical rotations, internships and relocations. It is located in the garden level of our home and has its own private entrance.
