The apartment is very comfortable and complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is unbeatable, a quiet area close to everything. In the impeccable bathroom, you'll find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Elizabeth really cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

excellent location: close to all kinds of places, walkable to parks and other attractions. safe and quiet place great host. The only thing I could say is that there is a defect in the apartment floor that caused stumbling, but I imagine it's because they are old buildings. Nico had no problem allowing a late check out and communication during my stay was very good. many thanks guys!!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

This house is a dream! It is very well designed, very comfortable in all the spaces and the terrace with a beautiful sun all day long is the best part. Rodrigo was an excellent host, he welcomed us very well and was attentive at all times! They left us beautiful welcome gifts! I have no doubt that I will be back!! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Beautiful apartment. Ive stayed in several AirBnbs in Palermo, Recoleta, and Puerto Madero over the last few years. This is one of my favorites. Super responsive host and 24/7 doormen as well. Feels very upscale and safe overall. Great amenities.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.

A really nice appartment in a authentic neighbourhood of Buenos aires. It is spacious, clean and we loved the large balcony to have a morning coffee in the sun. At night the view is beautiful with the lights. The communication is friendly, fast and personal. We really love this place!
