We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Our stay at this house exceeded all expectations! We were 8 adults and relaxed for 4 weeks in September and everyone liked the house, the location, the garden, and especially the very nice and attentive hosts: Flaminia with Fabrizio's son. The house is rustic and at the same time spacious, clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In person, it was much more cozy and more than expected. A large living room with a fireplace created coziness on September evenings. The kitchen is small but practical, where all the utensils and appliances are available. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are soft which gave us a great sleep. The proximity to the sea at night brought fresh breeze. Separately, I want to note the location: a magnificent view of the sea and Civitanov, quiet and peaceful around, an ideal place for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, always available and ready to help with any questions. I recommend this holiday home — this is the perfect place for a vacation with family and friends.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

We had a really nice weekend in this house with a pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor spaces are truly beautiful: spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing, with a breathtaking view! We appreciated the access to the vegetable garden and orchard, a detail that really made a difference for us. Another positive note goes to the presence of Leo, the owners' dog, who is very well behaved. They kept us company 😊 Hosts have always been discreet but available when needed. The pool was at our complete disposal and we enjoyed a nice privacy throughout the stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the routine. If we really have to find a small criticism, only a few basic items were missing, such as napkins and oil, but nothing that compromised the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Such a wonderful property in the middle of a hilly landscape. Every view was like looking at a painting. These sunflower fields meadows everywhere are fabulous. I don't have to mention that it was spotlessly clean. It was pure relaxation! Perfect for families. Meals by the pool overlooking the beautiful landscape are just gorgeous there. It is even more beautiful than any picture here can tell. Rosy and Maurizio, you are excellent hosts. Every request was answered immediately and they always went above and beyond the call of duty. Maurizio's little country restaurant is a dream and the wine is wonderful. It was a perfect stay. We will be very happy to come back and we recommend it 100%!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

Hill villa with a huge garden around it, two floors, well-distributed spaces, very cozy house, helpful and kind owner. The house is ideally located to visit the Conero area. There were 8 of us and we had a very good time.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.
