Il est équipé d'un lit mezzanine (1 place) avec un canapé-lit en dessous (2 places), d’une salle de bain avec WC et d'une petite cuisine ( vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, four micro-onde, frigo….). Il dispose d'une petite dépendance avec un lave linge. Il y a une télévision. Ce logement n’est pas luxueux, mais très fonctionnel. Accès Wifi limité à 40GO par semaine. Idéal pour séjour long : quelques semaines à plusieurs mois.
