Close to the train station on quaint street. Functional, well kept space with tiny couch, small double bed and narrow twin bed. Kitchen had coffee and coffee maker, tea, full stove, refrigerator and hot water pot. Welcome sweets and Marsala wine were very kind gifts from host. Unit has a washer. The flat has an elevator. A nearby bar can be noisy at night. Host is very responsive and was very flexible with an early check in and late check out.

I booked this place for my parents, Mr. Rocco was always kind and helpful, they had a great time and they definitely think they'll come back:)

Anna Maria’s place is right in the Saracenis district. We walked to go around and look at the beautiful views.

Very clean, comfortable and new apartment. Salvatore was very kind and attentive to anything I needed, in addition to recommending me local restaurants. If I go back to Licata I won't hesitate to repeat accommodation

So far everything was good. The apartment is clean and offers everything you need. She even brought me breakfast, which I didn't expect. The only small downside was that she gave me the wrong WiFi password. So I had to use my phone. However, the reception there is very poor.

The photos describe well the layout of the apartment with a living room and a small terrace, a separate kitchen, and two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, a single bed, and a cot, and the second with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the sea. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a shower. The accommodation is on the third floor of a small condominium in a quiet area, a short walk from a bakery, bar, market, pizzeria, rotisserie, etc., 5 minutes by car and you get to the historic center of Porto Empedocle, 10/15 minutes you get to Agrigento and the valley of the temples, 10 minutes you get to the beach of Marinella or the Majata lido, very close to the Scala dei Turchi of Realmonte. Convenient starting point for visiting Agrigento. The host Mrs. Caterina kindly provided us with many directions and tips on what to see, where to eat, etc. but it is easy to find your way around and after a while we felt at home. We have just spent 6 wonderful days in Sicily in Valentina's lovely apartment. We arrived a bit late in the evening, but Valentina's mum Caterina was there to meet us and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome, offering us some excellent home-made jam and ice cream. We really appreciated her efforts to try and explain in English everything about the apartment, as we are an Anglo-French couple and do not speak Italian. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is nicely decorated. The photos give a good idea of the interior. The big attraction though is of course the superb terrace which is really the main living space, with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea (even better than in the photos). The very pleasant beach is a mere 2-mns walk away. The immediate area is residential and you need a car to go to nearby Sciacca for shopping or eating out (a 10-mns drive). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment to anyone seeking a little corner of paradise!

A modern and spacious apartment close to drive to the Valley of the Temples and the beach. The Area is quiet and the offstreet secure parking was helpful. The bed could benefit from a mattress topper but after a full day walking the Temples we slept well. Roof Terrace is amazing to sit and watch the sun goes down with a glass of wine or beer. Appreciated the breakfast supplied and coffee!

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy house consistent with the context. Everything works perfectly and complete beyond our expectations. As specified by Monica, the house is isolated, we suggest staying with another couple. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility even in August.

Listen to the waves roll in as you relax in a beautiful villa. Peace and quiet, a gorgeous beach and a characterful home with all you could want, including two verandas depending on the weather. Swim on the sandy shore a short walk away or have tea on the private steps in the morning sun. Fantastic. It’s out of the way but a short car ride to the impressive Valley of the Temples.

We had a wonderful time at Andrea's little house. We have recovered magnificently and the location is great. Peaceful and central at the same time. In a small neighboring town you get everything you need. We had a great sleep! The kitchen is very well equipped! Many thanks to Manfred, who welcomed us warmly and was a warm and friendly contact person.

Beautiful private location walkable to beautiful beach location

We felt right at home at Chiara’s place. The house is beautiful with everything you need, but it’s all about the surroundings- that view! The wonderful sandy beach is an about 10 a minute steep but very do-able walk. It felt like we were at the end of the earth, in the best possible way. When we went at the end of April the restaurants on the beach (and they are right on the beach) were open but the sunbeds weren’t out and it felt so beautifully wild (but with the joy of being able to sit and have a drink or a meal right there). It’s such a big beach and the few small restaurants don’t impact the view so I think it would feel the same even in peak season. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Maria and Salvatore are perfect hosts! The accommodation was spotless and just ideal for us and our 2 year old. We spent most of the time on the large outdoor, covered terrace with the outdoor shower and wonderful views over the valley and out to sea. We went to one of the 2 lovely beaches each day. In September they are pretty much empty yet still the weather is sunny and around 25 degrees! Such caring and considerate hosts we cannot recommend this place more!

We stayed for 3 nights at Giovanna s place. The flat is great and has everything you need. Very spacious It has a beautiful sea views 👌 If I travel to Sicily again I will go back there for sure Many beautiful places to visit You need car if you go there The locals park just next to the building at the side ally 👍

Modern, clean accommodation with basic amenities and with beautiful views of the sea. Easy to reach by the proximity to a main road. If you have a car, the accommodation is well suited to look at the surroundings (e.g. Agrigento).

Super positive experience, Angelo is very kind and always available to give you lots of tips on what to visit or where to dine. Upon our arrival, in addition to everything that was described in the article, he also provided us with fruit, juices, milk and coffee for breakfast. We were very happy and satisfied with everything from the house to the place, perfect location for visiting various beaches and beautiful places. We sincerely thank Angelo for the beautiful experience he gave us.

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Salvo’s Villa! The room, balcony and terrace was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is small but sufficient. It‘s only a two minute walk to an amazing beach which wasn’t crowded at all at the beginning of June. Salvo is really welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and was always available when needed though still giving us enough privacy. A car is definetly needed but it’s only a 10min drive to Licata where you can find everything you need. Thank you for having us!
