From the house you can see the river, always present as part of the landscape. It also has a large grill with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying a good barbecue with family or friends. It's in a quiet and somewhat secluded area, but only 10 minutes from downtown Rawson.

We have a kitchen, living room (includes Smart TV and Wi-Fi), and a bathroom on the ground floor. And two bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs. Private parking in the front yard and a barbecue grill in the backyard.

We are meters from the Trelew shopping portal. Inside the apartment, no smoking, no parties, and no visitors who are not staying at the property are allowed. Respect quiet hours.
