Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ravenoville

We wanted a large holiday home for our large family that was close to the beaches and we weren’t disappointed. The house was well equipped with plenty of facilities both inside and out; enough to keep three generations occupied…. The village of Trévières is nearby for everything you may need. (We loved the regular visits to the Boulangerie and the Boucherie/Charcuterie for supplies). Nearby, you have the D Day beaches and Port en Bessin for the many sea food restaurants etc etc.

We really liked the “river house”. Very well equipped, clean, quality (bedding, linen, bathroom, kitchenware). The pool is huge and well heated. Tons of sightseeing and activities nearby. Note that there are 2 bathrooms but one is on the ground floor (room/living room + kitchen), the other on the 1st floor (2 double bedrooms) and none on the 2nd floor, upstairs bedrooms with several beds (2 bedrooms x 3 individual beds). Charming hosts. Authentic countryside environment. Very satisfied, thank you!

David’s place was a lovely quaint stone cottage ! Many things original to the 1787 home. It was located close to the landing beaches and war memorials which was the purpose for our trip. The only thing that was a disappointment was the fireplace was not working and so we found the home very cold .

We were 8 including 4 children and had a great stay with a special mention for the wood burning stove, hot tub and environment/animals. Beautiful walks around by the sea too thank you!

We had a great weekend, 2 steps from the beach. The restaurant right across the street is great, you can eat very well there. The house is spacious, the kitchen very functional and the jacuzzi is great 👍 Only small downside is the dosage of chlorine in the hot tub, the smell was tenacious and our skins were very dry. We would recommend this house and are thinking about going back next year.

We had a lovely stay for an EVJF at the castle. The exteriors of the castle, whose views seduced us. Thanks to Anna and Rob for their availability and hospitality!

Very nice cottage nicely decorated, quiet, in a beautiful environment and ideally located to visit this beautiful region of Cotentin. Jocelyne and her husband are very friendly and available. We had a great time and would recommend it without reservation.

Martine is very nice, a very nice service with heated pool and jaccuzi. We came to go diving at the Souleuve for an even more memorable weekend thanks to Martine.

In short but quiet stay in Portbail sur Mer where we enjoyed the calm of the seaside cabin. The accommodation is well appointed, in the immediate vicinity of the beach with an equally pleasant terrace area. We recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and refreshing little corner.

We had a wonderful 4 days. The location was perfect for our visit. We were there to see the D-Day landings and museums. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with loads of restaurants with different choices. The little bungalow was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean & smart with plenty of room. It was great to be able to park the car off the road. All in all it had a feeling of being very safe area. I walked my dog in the dark and felt very safe.

Very beautiful accommodation, decorated tastefully. Very warm ,we immediately felt good there. The setting is quiet and green. We loved this cottage ,thanks to which we were able to visit a splendid area. The hosts are very discreet, but efficient.

In ❤️ Normandy, we came across a heart-built accommodation that made us feel the French flair from the first second. You will find a very lovingly furnished characteristic accommodation, with everything you need. What can be particularly emphasized, we were here with eight people and we never stepped on each other's feet. Everywhere you find small storage facilities to organize the accommodation for yourself during the vacation. For evenings together, or even bad weather, plenty of games were❤️ provided and in the entrance area there is a foosball table, table tennis table and darts. Bertrand is a wonderful host who showed a lot of commitment with his ideas, tips, walks with his goats🐐, or crab fishing in the mudflats. He was quickly available for any questions and concerns. So, last but not least, the pool, which was always preheated to a pleasant temperature. A spot on earth to relax ❤

Au Bonheur is a magical and totally unusual place, the different accommodations are well spaced from each other, calm and nature reigns around us, and in 600 as by bivouquering in the heart of nature. When it comes to hospitality, we felt like we were coming to the family or friends we already know, while having our privacy and freedom in this area. A big thank you to this very welcoming family. I sincerely advise you to stop by, it's worth a visit.

Marie-Paule and Thierry are extremely welcoming ,friendly and friendly hosts. The house is a jewel and the view of the garden through the exceptional bay window. It didn't look very nice every day? no problem,given the size of the house and the activities on offer. Big despite leaving,and the pool has monopolized the kids a lot. Anyway, idyllic

Great location, 15 mins drive to city but very peaceful and rural feel. Loads to do in the area so it was a perfect base, and on rainy days we stayed and used the pool. Benoit was very friendly and helpful, and when we had a problem with something while he was away, he sent someone to help us straight away. Loved our stay here.

We really enjoyed the stay at the cottage. It was rustic but with lots of charm and we all enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and decor was really lovely. Kelly and Tony were great hosts and we hope to be back one day!

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.
