Wir waren mit meinen Eltern und unserer neunjährigen Tochter bei Stefania und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Vor allem aber, weil Stefania eine so herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin ist. Sie empfing uns mit einer großen Schale frischem Obst und einer Flasche Wein, außerdem stellte sie Wasser und einiges für die Küche und beide Bäder ( z.B. Seife, Duschbad etc. ) bereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen und super Tipps von ihr bekommen. Ihre liebevolle und aussergewöhnliche Art spiegeln sich auch im Haus und Garten wieder. Wir konnten schon einige Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen und dabei von weitem auf das Meer blicken, einmal auch extra früh zum Sonnenaufgang. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. In wenigen Gehminuten gibt es tolle Aussichtspunkte und Restaurants, von denen man wiederum den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Lage ist traumhaft!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Villa di Catarsena is an incredibly beautiful villa and Giorgio and Tania are wonderful, patient hosts. The photos do not do it justice - spectacular views, beautiful antique furnishings, blooming roses, and stunning en suite bedrooms. It was perfect for 12 people but you could certainly have fit more! We absolutely loved spending our days enjoying the villa, playing ping pong, hanging out with the dogs, swimming in the pool, making dinner and eating together in the outdoor space. Giorgio and Tania were very kind and generous hosts. We are a lively bunch in our late twenties and were very patient with us playing loud music in the evening. We really appreciated this, allowing us to feel relaxed to use the space. Tania also drove us to the car hire place when needed. This was a huge help to us - thank you! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable holiday - we would love to return if you would have us!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Moneti. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très réactifs et agréables. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine ;)

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Leonardo und Monica waren super Gastgeber. Alle Zimmer hatten ihr eigenes Badezimmer und war mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche bestückt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Leonardo gereinigt. Und Monica brachte uns jeden Tag auf Bestellung und Bezahlung das Frühstück vors Haus. Monica hat unsere Hochzeit, die wir im Garten des Hauses gefeiert haben organisiert. Wir waren in stetigem Kontakt und sie hat alles nach unseren Wünschen arrangiert. Sie hat sämtliche Buchungen von Catering, Fotograf, DJ, Deko, usw übernommen. Das Catering bei der Hochzeit war hervorragend und der gesamte Tag perfekt. Wir danken Monica und Leonardo für die Zeit. Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nella villa di Idetta e Leonardo insieme a due amici – semplicemente fantastico! La casa è bellissima, arredata con tanto gusto e amore per i dettagli, e la posizione è da sognare! Il vero highlight? La piscina! Idetta e Leonardo sono due host super simpatici ❤️ accoglienti e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissima! Grazie di tutto 🌸🌞🥰

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Zeer aangenaam huis in een mooie streek. Bij problemen heeft Mara altijd erg snel geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. Zalig genieten aan het prachtige zwembad en ideaal gelegen om Le Marche te ontdekken.

The villa is incredible and perfect for large group sizes. There is an abundance of space and plenty of things for entertainment (cinema room, pool table, table tennis etc). Would highly recommend to book if you are looking for a peaceful villa holiday in the countryside.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Le paradis en Toscane ! Une propriété incroyable , une piscine de rêve , une maison fantastique . Nous étions 4 personnes , 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain , 2 cuisines intérieures et une cuisine extérieur , un coin repas avec vue sur la Toscane.... Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence , Sienne , Lucca , Pise , San Gimignano , Pienza et la vallée d'Orcia. Tout est incroyablement pensé pour passer un séjour de rêve ! La piscine est nettoyée tous les 2 jours afin d'en profiter en fin de journée. Tiziana et Gianna sont des personnes adorables pour vous guider au mieux durant votre séjour. Une expérience exceptionnelle à renouveler dès que possible !
