Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ratsada

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

We loved our stay at the villa. We will book a villa from Gregory again when we come back to Phuket.

It was truly amazing. We watched it with admiration from the moment we entered the house. It is a completely private property location, completely suitable for privacy, all bathrooms have a full glass view of the ocean, but don't worry, it has film glass from the outside. The living room area is surrounded by wooden doors on both sides and the holes provided complete air flow. Since we stayed with 4 people, 2 of us slept in the living room and it felt like sleeping in the open air. If you prefer, 4 people can stay in the same room. Mrs. Surasa was always attentive from the moment we stayed, she allowed the balcony to be decorated for our friend's marriage proposal and arranged an organizer for us in this regard. We thank her very much for offering us this incredible experience. In addition, the location of the house was within walking distance to the restaurants on the beach, we left very pleased with everything. In fact, we did not want to leave.

We loved this place. We spent Christmas there with a family of 9 ranging in ages from 1 to 71. We had tons of space and loved the elevator to get between the floors. The pool and roof are really nice. The location is close to the beach and with the security guard outside you feel very safe. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Our team of hosts were incredibly responsive and gave fantastic recommendations. They also arrange a boat tour for us. Thanks again Eric, Holly and team!

Fantastic stay for the couple of nights we spent in Patong. Luxurious bedrooms and amazing views at the top of the hill

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

Very nice experience, Fei was extremely responsive and welcoming with flexible check in time. House was clean and in a nice and private area. Looking forward to returning.

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. Beautiful accomodation like in the pictures!! Jasmine has provided us a little piece of paradise. Always responsive, helpful. Offered us a transfer from the airport to the place, earlier check in and also a parking spot in the secured complex free of charge! Can definitely recommend this place and the host!!
