The villa has a total of three floors, about 750 square meters in total, all Italian imported furniture, four bedrooms (all beds are king size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus a recreation room (two arcade machines + one table football), 12m * 3 swimming pool, electric entrance door, sea view and garden view, stepped fountain view, electric rain canopy throughout the house, living room with 85-inch curved LCD TV, bedroom near the pool with 85-inch LCD TV; fully equipped kitchen with open fire stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, double door refrigerator, everything you need.The villa has a private parking space in the garden, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, a separate balcony; and a 20 sqm balcony with sea view.
