We have created an amazing, stylish, and spacious place for our guests to stay in Olomouc. A place where we ourselves would stay during our travels. You can relax in a modern bathtub right in the bedroom. We have a convenient electric fireplace in the living room. Nearby, there is the “Hodolanská” tram stop, as well as train and bus stations. A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

V případě větší skupiny je možno pronajmout i druhou chaloupku. Na pozemku je parkování pro 3 auta. Větší stavení je pro 6-8 osob, druhá chaloupka je pro 3 hostů. Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.

The cottage offers a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a spacious kitchen with a coffee machine, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed and a space for work and a bathroom with a shower.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

A stream flows behind the cottage, there are fruit trees in the garden that pleasantly cool you down on hot summer days. There are plenty of activities in the area, whether hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or attractions for children.
