L’appartement est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la ville proche du métro et du grand centre commercial Rama 9. J.JBoy est très gentil, très à l’écoute et toujours disponible si besoin. Il m’a amenée à l’aéroport le jour de mon départ, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et merci à JJBoy pour son accueil.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Great place, 24/7 pool, lovely area, lovely staff. The one thing to note and criticize is the internet is very spotty - although you can get prepaid sim cards for an affordable price.

Great location near Asok MRT! The apartment is within walking distance (5–10 minutes) to shopping malls like Terminal 21 and EmSphere. My favorite morning spot, Benjakitti Forest Park, is also nearby. The apartment is very clean, but you can hear some noise from the main road outside—remember to bring earplugs! Thank you so much, and I’ll definitely be back.

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

Had a very comfortable stay. House was as pictured and the neighbourhood was very trendy. Would recommend to future guests.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. If I return to Thailand, I would definitely consider renting this place again. Highly recommended! Thank you🙏

great place with very nice amenities

這是一個非常新的民宿，民宿亦有停車場供應，只是泊車位置較為狹窄，需要小心停泊。清潔方面也是可接受的，只是某些部份位置也看到一些灰塵，唯一需要改善的事，屋內有很多小昆蟲。整體來說，非常滿意是次住宿。

We had fun with our stay, our accommodation was near restaurants, mall and train station so its very convenient for a first timer in Bangkok. They also provide free shuttle service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We look forward going back to Bangkok with this same accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bang rak is a great spot to stay with many good restaurants and a more local feel. Close to Yaowarat and a BTS. The place was very clean and quiet. The design was very clean and nice. We loved every minute of it. We would stay here again.

A great place to stay in Bangkok. Very private condo on Soi 11 with many restaurants available in a close proximity. The host is very responsive and very supportive in allowing for an easy check in. The place has every amenity you would need for a longer or shorter duration of time in Bangkok. Would highly recommend for couples or single travelers.

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. The location was convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful. Attaporn was an exceptional host, warm and welcoming, with clear communication and helpful tips. I especially appreciated the early check-in flexibility after my long travel. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.

Had a great time during this stay. Tina is the best! super responsive and flexible. If you tell her what you are looking for she will help and if you need anything she is always there. Highly recommended, and some amazing night views. Located next to a huge mall, temple, massages, food, BTS, everything!
