Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg.
