You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Cottage/Secondary residence in Rääkkylä

We rent a cottage in Rääkkylä on the shore of Orivesi (Samppaanselkä) about 67 km from Joensuu. The year-round cottage (84m2) sleeps 6. Peaceful place. The cottage is well equipped. The air source heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter. Grill hut in the yard. Rowing boat in use. Great road connection. Come and enjoy the cottage life to the beautiful natural landscape, the south shore. Check-in time at 3pm and departure time at 12pm.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linens can be arranged from the accommodation.
