MOHA guest house

The MOHA guesthouse is waiting for you on the edge of the forest, on the bank of a stream, in a quiet little quiet, in front of Szokolya, 5 km from Kismaros, in the bend of the Danube, at the foot of Börzsöny, in a blooming garden. The cozy, self-catering, child-friendly cottage can accommodate 6 people. You can come alone, with your partner, your children, your friends! Our goal is to relax under the soft MOHA blanket, recharge, enjoy the babbling of the stream, walk in the forest and field, in the company of squirrels and deer, paddle on the Danube.

Our guesthouse is located on the Danube bank and has its own beach. It is suitable for both winter and summer to snuggle, retreat, enjoy the proximity of the water and the mountains. Ideal for 4 people: a bedroom-walk-in closet suitable for 2 people and a gallery also for 2 people. Our kitchen is well-equipped: making a light breakfast or a cozy dinner is no problem. When designing the garden, it was important to preserve the natural state: the grass is mowed in an environmentally friendly way, so wild plants bloom in some places.

Our blue and white guest house is located on a hillside, on the edge of a forest. For couples, families, friends, it is perfect to relax and recharge from the warm water of the tub on the terrace to watch the panorama, the snowfall, the stars at night or the blooming fruit trees of the garden. The forest is a few steps away, there are many interesting things nearby (more information in our program guide). The sloping hills of Mátra are beautiful in all seasons! Mátranovák is a nice little village, it is worth coming to us!

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

If you’d like to sleep in a forest setting, listen to birdsong, and enjoy delicious meals on the garden terrace, we warmly welcome you our Cottage. You can barbecue in the garden, play table tennis, watch the stars, and in the surrounding area go hiking, go on excursions, kayak, enjoy the nature, or simply relax and watch TV. The cottage is especially recommended for hiking and nature lovers. The Királyrét Forest Railway departs from Kismaros, offering excellent hiking opportunities.

Comfortable, cozy, and easy to access everything from this perfectly located home base. Dobó Square, Minaret is a 3-minute walk in the historic city center. If you get home from a city walk or an evening wine, the relaxing, private jacuzzi at the end of the garden awaits you. During the winter period from November to May, the use of the jacuzzi is available at an extra cost. The price shown does not include the tourist tax! Children (0-14 years) and pets are not allowed!

It has a 30 sqm private terrace from where you can admire the Danube and the Visegrád Castle. The apartment has two floors, a huge terrace, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
