Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace. Supervised swimming during the summer period 100 m from the rental. Canoes and life jackets can be booked upon request.

Gîte for 2-4 people in a haras

Relax in this stone house in the heart of a French trotter farm. About fifteen broodmares and their "babies" stay there all year round, and some champions can spend a vacation there. You will also meet some cats, MANGO the "clingy" and nice Bernese cattle dog, and CANNELLE the "distant" and beautiful Sharpei, Rhodesian and Samoyed cross. For the safety/peace of mind of our young horses, dogs, we will not be able to accommodate other animals.

Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
