Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Here you live with birdsong as an alarm clock and meadows as a neighbor, just a stone's throw from Båstad. The house is personal & cozy – perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy life in the countryside. The large garden invites you to long breakfasts in the morning sun, play with the children or sit with a book under an apple tree. Biking distance to beach, swimming, shop, city center & train station.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
