Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

This charming accommodation is located in the small village of Dewichow on the island of Usedom on the southern arm of the backwater. The apartment is bright, friendly and modernly furnished. The apartment with 80m² is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom stream is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Stay in the quiet relaxed attic apartment of the holiday home De Fischer sin Fru on the Lieper Winkel. Just a few minutes walk away is the small port of Rankwitz with a village shop, a fish smokehouse and a restaurant. You have a wonderful view of the Peenestrom from the attic. There is access to the in-house boat dock. The idyllic hinterland of the Baltic Sea offers many hiking and cycling trails and is pure relaxation.

Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort.
