We had a great experience!! The host was super helpful, responsive and friendly. The place looked exactly as shown on the pictures. Everything was super clean and it had everything that you would need and more. It was the best place to stay after a long day of adventures! We were even able to see the northern lights from the hot tub! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Sæunn's place is spacious, cozy and has the facilities that one would need during a travel. The WiFi works fine, there are enough kitchen utensils and amenities available, the approach towards waste segregation and holding to the recycle policy is commendable and for those interested there is a Chromecast to the TV so you can cast anything that you want to watch on the TV. The place is located in a beautiful farmland surrounded by horses and sheep. Sæunn is very welcoming and responsive (we chatted via Airbnb chat option). The dog is friendly. All together very nice and unique place. I wish we had stayed there longer. I definitely recommend the place.

un lugar estupendo donde pasar unos dias, no echamos de menos nada durante nuestra estancia, la casa es acogedora y los animales del rancho son preciosos. a destacar el espacio, la calidez de la casa y el cuarto de baño super amplio y con lavadora. llegada autonoma y facilidad para aparcar en la misma puerta. muy recomendable!

We stayed here as two couples and absolutely loved it. The space offers great privacy between the rooms, which made it really comfortable for sharing. The photos don’t do it justice — it’s much more spacious and welcoming in person. It’s also the most well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in — everything we could possibly need was provided, which made the stay even more relaxing and convenient. It’s a perfect base for exploring the south of Iceland, and getting to see the horses on the property was such a lovely bonus. Communication was super fast and helpful throughout, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot! No better place to relax. Anna was a great host and we loved staying in this cozy spot.

It was a convenient location for the Vestmannaeyjar Islands (Heimey) and other attractions along the N-1 - Skogafoss, the plane on the beach at Solheimandur, Reynisfjara, etc. Also not a bad drive to Reykjadalur. It was lovely to also feel so out-of-the way and quiet in the evenings after long days of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed the scenery and the peacefulness. We were hoping to see the northern lights and the lighting there was great for it but unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate. All went well and appreciate her kindbess

Amazing place with large rooms and space. Quiet and out of the way, cloudy so no aurora sighting but we enjoyed the place. Clean and had almost everything u need in the kitchen.

The cabin waw absolutely great with a lovely view and we got to see the Northen lights in the evening. it was the perfect place for that! The only downside is that there is no shower in the room which was clearly stated in the description. So it takes a bit of a walk in the cold for the shower. Cabin was clean, well equipped and very cute!

Beautiful space , very comfy beds and Jon responded quickly with a question I had in the evening.

We loved the peacefulness, the view, and the cleanliness. The cabin was well appointed and felt very comfortable. Added bonus that it is on a working sheep farm!

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Unterkunft und rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen und ruhig, in der Nacht hatten wir das Glück und konnten die Polarlichter sehen.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Iceland! The space was cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. The breathtaking view was definitely the highlight, and waking up to such natural beauty was unforgettable. It would be a perfect place with little to no light pollution to see Aurora lights. We had a fabulous stay at this cabin. We booked here because of the Jeep tours the host offers, but we loved the cabin itself too. The setting is very peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing the northern lights from the porch and the driveway. The cabin has comfortable beds and nice quality linens, plus comfortable furniture in the living room for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is a little limited, but everything is accurately described in the listing, and all appliances work well. We were able to cook simple meals that suited our purposes just fine. We had good communication from the host, who is friendly and helpful, and the Jeep tours driven by her husband took us to stunning landscapes we never could have reached on our own. We highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again in the future!

Die Unterkunft von Jon ist etwas ganz besonderes. Wenn man Glück hat landet er mit dem Flugzeug direkt vor der Küche. Es ist Natur pur und man hat alles was man braucht. Sofort wieder!!
