Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Randwick City Council

My family enjoyed our stay in Randwick very much. Yj's place is on a quiet residential street, a short (uphill) walk to the commercial center of town with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and transit. Convenient to the beach and easy to get in to Sydney CBD. It's a very pretty area. It was nice to have a dehumidifier on each floor. Be sure to empty the tanks before going to sleep so you aren't woken up by beeping. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was fine for cooking, just check for the equipment/tools you need before going shopping (e.g. there was no colander or strainer). We used the dishwasher, washer, and dryer and they all worked well. The dryer vents into the room so you must run the dehumidifier and fan, and that works fine. There was a musty smell when we ran the AC. Yj was very responsive when we had questions.

A fantastic spot to spend time with our family in a lovely neighborhood, so close to everything that is good about Sydney.

Charlotte was a wonderful host and extremely considerate of my particular needs. Her place is perfectly positioned for the awe inspiring views of the Pacific, access to the beach and cliff-walks. It is a large airy apartment with an ample balcony designed, on one side, to take advantage of the ocean views. On the other side, the main bedroom opens onto a private courtyard giving a nice contrast to the open ocean views. I definitely recommend this place. I look forward to a return visit.

Our family had such a lovely stay! You really couldn’t ask for a better location. 5 minute walk to the beach and the home is right amongst some of the best shopping and eating Bondi has to offer. Perfect spot for our little family beach vacation! I hope to come back.

We loved Tracey’s place so much we wanted to stay and live here! It was pretty, very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. We felt at home straight away! Tracey has been wonderful, very easy to communicate with and making sure we got everything we needed. The best AirBnB I ever stayed in. I highly recommend it if you want to spend some time around Maroubra area. It is walking distance to all the shops, commercial center, restaurants and delicious french bakery. 3 min drive from the beach.

Great place for a big group. Close to everything. Be mindful no aircon so can get hot but there are plenty of fans.

Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed. Great location, close to the beach and shops but the street is very steep so be prepared to give your legs a workout.

Amazing place to stay, well situated. Stephanie and Peter are fantastic hosts. I would recommend the place to friends and family. I look forward to going back.

This is an ideal location: close to the shops, and close to the beach. It was a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful accommodation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, loved the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Parking was a challenge on some days, but just had to circle around the neighborhood a few times to find something - probably due to the end of year holidays. Super quiet neighborhood, very relaxing.

Mark was a lovely host and his apartment made us feel right at home. There were fans around the place as it did get quite hot inside (it was a hot day in any case). It would be lovely to have air conditioning, but that’s okay. Thank you Mark for the lovely holiday!

Isabelle's place was an excellent location to stay for us - quiet yet near Randwick centre for food and eating out, close to the trams to get to central Sydney and to buses to get to beaches, yet sufficiently away from it all to be able to escape hustle and bustle when needed - wonderful place to stay and use as a base. Isabelle was also very responsive, and sorted a minor issue we had within the hour - can't say better than that. Also, Isabelle provided us with chairs to sit in the communal garden, and advised of the communal pool - both wonderful on a hot day Would happily recommend to others looking for a base to explore Sydney....be it the city and / or the beaches - and Randwick was a joy to visit

Great stay. Clean and handy location.

We spent 2 days in this lovely space, and it did not feel like enough. We were warmly greeted by Yolande and a fresh sourdough loaf from the local bakery. Beautifully decorated airbnb! Had everything we needed from sitting in the lounge, enjoying a class of wine with great mood lighting and fairy lights in the tree, to a fully equipped kitchen for a dinner night in. Shops, cafes and beach all within walking distance. Would stay again!

Had a great stay at this well-located apartment in Eastgardens. The space was comfortable and well-sized, making it a great spot to relax. Having parking included was a huge plus. The location couldn’t be better shopping, dining, and entertainment are all just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical and well-situated place to stay in Sydney!

Very quiet and peaceful with a nice park within moments walk.

The flat was great! Clean, light and airy. It was by local transport and an easy walk to Bondi Beach and shops. The kitchen had all the things you’d needed to cook if you wanted too. We would stay again. Ann was easy to communicate with and friendly.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

Katrina’s place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful and clean, and had great use of all the amenities provided. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The space had such a cozy and inviting vibe and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after big days. The location was stunning in a nice quiet neighbourhood and we loved waking up to say good morning to the apartment kitty Bags. We can’t wait to visit again! Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Great service, prompt response and always attentive. Location of the apartment was walking distance from transportation which made it convenient and had nice restaurants in its surroundings.
