Beautiful country house in Lago Ranco, overlooking the Cordón del Caulle volcanic complex. Located 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Futangue Park. It has two bedrooms; the first with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, a double bed and 2 single beds. The second with a double bed and a bathroom outside the room. Spacious and bright double-height living and dining room and fully-equipped kitchenette. Terrace with hot tub for 6 people, living room, dining room and Weber brand barbecue grill.

You will be greeted in a close and personal way by its own owner, you will enjoy a beautiful park with trails, native trees, and beaches by the Good River. It also has unrivaled views. It's super hard to get there without a car. Public transportation is almost unavailable. We are 15 minutes away from Lago Ranco village.

recommended anyway, always concerned about any eventuality, proactive very clear directions and a warm home, they were waiting for us with a warm stove which is very much appreciated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you can feel at home. We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. There were 9 of us and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. A nice terrace to share with the family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all, a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surrounding areas, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lake Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I recommend Patricio's house 100% for large groups and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

Thank you very much Susana for making your home available to us. A wonderful and unique place, an incredible view that we could not have imagined. The house is very comfortable and with everything we needed and more. Two kayaks that allowed the visit to the pools. Comfort in every detail, like soft sheets, excellent towels. Equipped bathrooms. And the kitchen with everything you need. It also has a number of games that make the evenings even more enjoyable. We can't fail to mention the help of Marcela, who accompanied us and helped with the cleaning and cooking, an excellent chef!!! If you can go, don't hesitate, you'll have a wonderful time. 100% recommended.

We stayed 1 night, we were 6 adults, the truth is that everything was fine, close to everything, unfortunately we only went to sleep/rest at the accommodation, we would have liked to stay longer, but without a doubt, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Flexible for check-in. Always attentive to our questions! The house was impeccable.
