Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

We stayed here with 3 small children and 2 dogs. This place had everything you could possibly need to feel like a home away from home! From the hi-chairs, extra pool toys, ice chest all the way down to doggie bowls and a kennel; they have thought of everything! There way plenty of family activities to enjoy. The pool was definitely a hit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan a trip back!

We enjoyed staying in Wendy's and Thomas's listing house! The house was really clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect just a short drive to South Padre. Communication with them was easy, and they were incredibly welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely come back soon!
