Excellent host and a very comfortable place to stay

Very nice place, very private, very quiet area, hot water in the shower always available compared to other accommodations where I have stayed I always have problems with that, the only thing it needs is some basic cleaning items like a mop because when I get out of the bathroom I always leave a lot of water in the bathroom and I slip several times, other than that everything is very pleasant, I will be back soon.

Gerardo’s place was exactly as the photos. Very spacious to accommodate comfortably. There is also a smart TV so you can log in and stream your fav shows. A/c units in every room :)

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

Excellent option to visit the nearby areas: Macroplaza, Paseo Santa Lucia, etc. Ideal size option for couple or small family. Great and recommended views and amenities.

The place is super quiet and relaxing! Spend the time supeeeeer agusto! Totally a place to rest
